"My wife and I want to thank Lynn Heinrichs and her staff for their exceptional service in resolving a property damage claim under our homeowner's insurance. We've been insured by State Farm for decades and have never made a claim under that policy. Anyway, a water valve mis-functioned in our basement and caused some water damage. We reported the damage and State Farm accepted the claim, without question, as falling within the "sudden and accidental" coverage for such claims. The agency informed us of our deductible, which we paid for water mitigation and debris removal, and accepted our "self-selected" contractor for the restoration work. (Our contractor was not the least expensive one we interviewed, but he impressed us with his professionalism and eye for detail). State Farm promptly mailed us a check for the full amount of the estimate, which should be sufficient to restore our basement. Her responses were invariably cordial, timely, courteous, and very "client-focussed."

NOW I AM BEING STALKED BY A YOUNG BOY IN A VAN TRYING TO REPAIR MY CAR ON THE ROAD, MUST BE RELATED. I AM REPORTING THIS TO HER AND STALKER TO VIENNA STATE POLICE.

I AM DEMANDING 25,000. IN DAMAGES AS I AM DISABLED AND DRIVING FOR ESTIMATE AS A CRIPPLED IS UNFAIR.

NO PICTURE ESTIMATE PROVES ACTUAL REPAIRS.

Amazing how an insurance company works. When they want your money, they are very aware of what is happening. But when they have to give you a refund, it's very complicated. I called them to find out that a refund check wasn't sent; now I have to wait 30 days, only to find out if they processed the check correctly, no other explanation, 30 days. Can you believe it? Who can tell your insurance company to wait 30 days to receive a payment?"
